• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RevPulse AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments
• Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
